ResumeWalk operates on a credit-based model. Credits are consumed when you use AI-powered features (resume generation, AI polish, job optimization, cover letters, etc.). This policy explains when credits or payments may be refunded and under what circumstances they are non-refundable.
New accounts receive a promotional allocation of free credits at registration. These credits:
Credits that have been consumed by completed AI actions are non-refundable. Once an AI feature successfully generates output (a resume, cover letter, score, etc.), the corresponding credits are considered used, even if you are not satisfied with the quality of the AI-generated content.
This policy exists because each AI generation incurs real computational costs from our AI provider (Google Gemini). We cannot recover those costs, and therefore cannot refund credits for successfully completed generations.
If an AI action fails due to a technical error on our side (e.g., the API returns an error, the generation produces no output, or the credits are deducted but no result is delivered), we will:

If ResumeWalk introduces subscription plans in the future, the following will apply unless stated otherwise:
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider, your account will be suspended pending investigation. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account termination. We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any billing disputes before filing a chargeback.
